The DIV Fund Issues Request for Proposals

The DIV Fund today announced the release of its Request for Proposals and that it will begin accepting applications. The fund seeks cost-effective solutions with the potential to improve the lives of millions of people living in poverty in low- and middle-income countries. 

The DIV Fund runs an open competition for innovators and researchers working to improve development outcomes across sectors and geographies. Through its tiered model, the Fund provides financing for early-stage pilots, rigorous evaluation of promising solutions, and the scale-up of interventions with demonstrated impact and cost-effectiveness.

The announcement was made at The Sidebar in Oxford, UK, as part of Skoll Week 2026, where members of the DIV Fund's leadership team joined innovators to discuss how evidence-driven innovation can deliver meaningful, scalable impact. At a time of constrained funding budgets and growing global needs, identifying and scaling what works has never been more important. The DIV Fund aims to serve as an R&D engine for global development - identifying the most promising ideas and catalyzing the scale-up of the most cost-effective solutions.

Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis.
